  • A generous health benefits package consisting of medical, dental, and vision benefits is provided for employees and their dependents.
  • An annual $1500 District-paid Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) for each benefited employee who is enrolled in a CalPERS medical plan.

Future Financial Stability

  • Eligible LACCD employees participate in one of the state retirement systems: CalSTRS, CalPERS, or PARS.

  • LACCD is a qualified employer under the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), a federal program which discharges the remaining balance on your student loans if all PSLF program eligibility conditions are met.
