FINAL GLAAACC Dr. Smith Chamber Award

LOS ANGELES – Los Angeles Community College District’s Dr. Rueben C. Smith will receive the Special Recognition Award from the Greater Los Angeles African-American Chamber of Commerce (GLAAACC). This recognition is based on his leadership within the communities the district serves with increasing workforce and economic development, sustainable achievement, and building with an equity mindset with the District’s bond funded construction program.
