Employee and Labor Relations
The purpose of the Employee and Labor Relations Department at LACCD is to facilitate positive interactions and working relationships between the college's administration, faculty, staff, and other employees.
LACCD has six different labor unions representing faculty and staff. Our department is responsible for negotiating and implementing collective bargaining agreements, addressing issues related to wages, benefits, working conditions, and other employment terms.
