Design & Media Arts Students at LATTC to Get a Dedicated Space by 2027 

Los Angeles Trade-Technical College (LATTC) was established in 1925. It is one of the nine community colleges in the district. The college offers quality 80 career-technical programs.

Now, to assist students in the path of fashion, media, and design, the college has decided to introduce a separate design and media arts building. The groundbreaking ceremony for the same was hosted on Monday at 10 am.

  • All the important officials of the district and college graced the groundbreaking event with their presence.
  • The new building is expected to be completed by 2027 and will offer courses like digital media, fashion technology, tailoring, etc.

LATTC Hosts Groundbreaking Ceremony

From LATTC and LACCD presidents to other members of the management, expressed their excitement and vision for the upcoming new building on the campus. Fashion Design and Sign Graphics are two programs that have been part of the college since its beginning. Currently, these courses have hundreds of students enrolled.

The college is elated to expand the scope of programs related to design and media by introducing a new state-of-the-art building. This building will offer a separate area for like-minded students. It will be a space to incorporate more students in more programs.

What Will the Project Look Like
