Fire Resources and Support
The safety and well-being of the Los Angeles Community College District (LACCD) community remains our top priorities as we navigate the ongoing fires and their impacts on our region. This webpage serves as a hub for the latest updates, available resources, and ways you can support those affected during this challenging time.
Please prioritize your safety:
-
Avoid areas with heavy tree cover or unsecured objects during high winds.
-
Be mindful of air quality and limit outdoor activities if smoke from fires is present.
-
Follow all instructions from local authorities and emergency personnel in the event of an evacuation or other emergency.
-
Stay informed with local news and monitor updates at www.laccd.edu.

LA Strong: Disaster Response Fund
The Foundation for the Los Angeles Community Colleges has launched the LA Strong: Disaster Response Fund to provide direct assistance to LACCD students and employees impacted by recent fires in LA County.
